Two years ago, we made a decision together: to put Thin-k into practice. It wasn’t a quick fix, and it wasn’t always smooth. Week after week, we tested ideas, figured out what clicked, and learned from what didn’t. Most importantly, we discovered how powerful CBT could be in shifting habits that once felt unbreakable.
Alistair began at 152 kg. Over the course of a year, he worked with focus and patience, reaching his personal goal weight of 87 kg — a total loss of 65 kg through CBT, balanced nutrition, and consistent exercise.
But here’s the part of the story I value most: it didn’t end there. Weight loss is one thing — keeping it off is another. That’s why I waited a full extra year before sharing his story. I wanted to see if the CBT tools we’d practiced together could help him maintain his success.
